OUR ORGANISATION

We care deeply about people's safety and wellbeing.

As evaluators and risk managers, we are often brought in ‘after the fact’ when bullying and harassment have taken hold, and organisations are in reaction mode. We know more can be done to prevent the personal harm to your people and reputation consequences to businesses.


We built our tool based on known indicators of bullying and harassment and followed international good practice standards. We then tested it, refined it, and launched it. The rest is history.
